1| Loving and Facilitating YWAM Alumni In Targeting Their Unique Passions and Destiny
We want to establish the kingdom of God in the world. We believe that Jesus Christ is the rightful ruler of every nation, tribe and people group. We want to help establish His rule by assisting Alumni in targeting their dreams as well as awakening the local church to her full-potential and God-given destiny.

2| Assisting Alumni To Serve Their Local Church
We believe God is awakening His sleeping army. We believe in the potential of the YWAM Alumni along with the local church and its gifted leaders. Our heart and purpose is to see YWAM Alumni come into their callings as well as become Local Church Representatives (LCRs). They will partner with the local church to develop local and global vision and effective leadership development, by utilizing dynamic resources and tools in order to save needless duplication.

3| Leadership Development
We desire to serve YWAM Alumni, Global Target Network Representatives(GTN Reps), their team, and our office personnel. We want to be available to the needs and concerns of those involved with Global Target Network on any level. We will provide them with quality orientation and training, field support and networking to facilitate their tasks. We will honor and champion each person’s unique gifts to help them serve their geographical location.

4| Networking Style
We want to operate in servanthood, openness, godly character and financial integrity in all we do. It is our desire to maintain an ongoing relationship with the GTN reps and leadership through prayer, open communication, problem solving and training.

5| Tools and Resources Style
Our blessing is to offer Local Church Reps time-tested programs, support, effective tools and resources to introduce to pastors and leaders for their personal growth as well as that of their local church.
